We are no longer taking repeat prescription requests on our main surgery telephone number. This is to reduce the volume of calls to make it easier for patients phoning for appointments, advice or in urgent need of help to get through.
Repeat prescriptions can be requested online via our website or by using the repeat prescription hotline on 771886. Please do not bring your repeat prescription request slips into the practice.
Please allow 7 days before collecting from the pharmacy.

If there are no appointments available, the reception staff will take a note of your name, what the problem is and your telephone details and the GPs will phone as soon as possible to discuss what is the best course of action for you. They will see medically urgent requests on the same day.
You can also make appointments with the Practice Nurses.
If you cannot attend an appointment or no longer require your appointment it is important that you please telephone and cancel, so we can give your appointment to someone else.
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate that this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, if possible please try to telephone before 10am.
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. The Duty Doctor will only visit you are home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the Doctor to schedule their house calls.
A Doctor may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
If we request that you send us photographs prior to a telephone appointment please follow this guide;
